About Trevor:
Hi everyone! I grew up in Milford, CT and landed in Burlington, VT for college. I was very exploratory when starting college but got involved with political organizing and student organizations on campus. Following these interests, I double-majored in Political Science and Peace & Justice, Class of 2014.
After college, I worked at a high school in Los Angeles, CA as a paraprofessional in their College Center, assisting students with their college search and related processes. I then worked at a middle school in Miami, FL teaching 8th Grade English/Language Arts. While I enjoyed secondary education, I felt working in higher education would be more aligned to my interests and values. As such, I moved back to CT to get a master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs at UConn. I started working in ACES after graduating in May 2022!
Working in ACES, I hope each student feels our time together is productive, honest, and affirming. I believe impactful interactions with students are part of creating a more compassionate university, and I hope to facilitate a positive experience for you in ACES.
