ACES Drop-In Hours (during fall and spring semesters only)

ACES Spring 2024 Drop-In Hours:
Tuesday: 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm *Note: There will be no drop-ins on Tuesday, April 30th 9-12.*
Wednesday: 1pm-4pm
Thursday: 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm
Drop-in hours are designed for quick 10 minute or less conversations to answer an immediate question or concern. To utilize ACES drop-in hours, please sign in at the ACES main office in ROWE 111 and the advisor on duty will come out to greet you when they are next available. Drop-ins are taken on a first-come, first-served basis, so please plan accordingly in case there is a wait. Please note that wait times may be longer during peak advising times of the semester (i.e. add/drop, registration).
ACES Advising Appointments
Current ACES Students
You can find your advisor's availability and schedule an advising appointment through Nexus. ACES advising appointments are offered both in-person and virtually. If you have questions or concerns regarding advising or the meeting options available, please contact your assigned advisor from your UConn email address and include your 7-digit Student ID number.
*Note: Nexus appointments are for current UConn students only. If you are not a current UConn student, please email aces@uconn.edu for assistance.*
Non-ACES UConn Students
If you have questions regarding ACES or major exploration, please stop into the ACES office during our drop-in hours (see below) or email aces@uconn.edu with your name, 7-digit Student ID number, and inquiry.
Newly-Accepted ACES Students or Non-UConn Students
Newly-accepted ACES students will first meet with an ACES advisor at Orientation. If you are a newly-accepted student or a non-UConn student, please email any questions to aces@uconn.edu.
