between the advisor and advisee.

Practices
- ACES students are assigned to a professional academic
advisor.
- ACES advisors meet individually with each of their students.
- ACES students are required to meet with their advisor
at least once a semester in their first year.
- ACES students are ensured a seat in an FYE course in their
first year.
- ACES students will select a major by the completion of
their fourth semester.
