Pre-teaching is the major designation for students who plan to apply for admission to the Neag School of Education for elementary, special, or secondary education.

Students must complete four semesters of pre-teaching coursework before they may begin the education curriculum.

The application deadline for all teaching programs is Jan 15 and applications are accepted only once a year. Be sure to confirm the January 15the deadline with the School of Education.
