Agriculture
& Natural Resources |
|
Students
can apply for a school change to the College of Agriculture
and Natural Resources at any time during the academic
career. To initiate the process please contact the Undergraduate
Programs Office at 486-2919. |

Business |
|
Students
can apply for a school change to the School of Business
after they have earned a minimum of 30 credits. The School
of Business accepts applications during the first two
weeks of each semester. To initiate the process please
contact the Undergraduate Programs office at 486-2315. |

Continuing
Studies |
|
Students
can apply for a school change to the College of Continuing
Studies after they have earned a minimum of 60 credits.
To initiate the process contact the Bachelor of General
Studies program at 486-4670 |

Education |
|
The School
of Education, offering Teacher Education and Kinesiology
majors, only accepts students who have completed a prescribed
set of courses and earned a minimum number of credits.
Applications are accepted once per year. The deadline
for Teacher Education programs is January 15th. Applications
for most Kinesiology majors are due by February
1st. The deadline for Athletic Training is October 1st.

Engineering |

Students
can apply for a school change to the School of Engineering
after completing at least one semester. To initiate the
process contact the office of the Assistant Dean for Undergraduate
Education at 486-5466. |

Fine
Arts |
|
Students
planning to apply for a school change to the School of
Fine Arts must go through either a portfolio review or
an audition. To initiate the process please contact Academic
Advisory Center at 486-4571. |

Liberal
Arts and Sciences |
|
Students planning to apply for a school change to the
College of Liberal Arts and Sciences may do so at any
time. The process can be initiated on-line at www.ppc.uconn.edu
. For more information on CLAS majors,
please review the CLAS
Academic Services Center website ( http://www.services.clas.uconn.edu/
). Questions about declaring a CLAS major should be
directed to the Academic Services Center at 486-2822.

can apply for a school change to the School of Nursing
after completing at least one semester. Applications
are accepted in the spring semester and the deadline
is February 1st. To initiate the process please contact

of Pharmacy accepts students who have completed a prescribed
set of courses and earned a minimum number of credits.
